Halo  R.O.E

Known simply as ROE the Rules of Engagements are mandated honor rules made for roleplaying clan in-game activities. The rules of engagement applies to every custom game the Office of Naval Intelligence has/maintains presence in on both the Xbox 360 & Xbox ONE consoles. Commonly applicant in Raids, but not limited too Factions, Training & Meetings. It is formerly known as the UNSC Colonial Charter, Articles of War colluqially equal to the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The Rules of Engagement is to be followed at all times and are set in stone – they are not to be contested, negotiatied or neglected under any circumstances. The ROE is void in competitive custom games and official PGL, MLG Gamebattles & Gfinity online tournament matches where ONI is represented. 

Here below are etiquettes to follow under the UNSC Office of Naval Intelligence. These actions promote a friendly environment where clans and friends can communicate and role play the Office of Naval Intelligence and our narrative in peace. It is also guidelines for those in promoting peace. 

- Lower your weapon at all times (whenever possible) as an act of respect and non-violence.

- Effectively communicate your intent in joining the game with the host and/or other players.

- Enjoy the game and keep a safe, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

- Respect the host of the game at all times, remember you are representing not only your unit but the Office of Naval Intelligence.

- Only carry no more than one power weapon at any single given time of the game.

- Yield to the UNSC clan community and avoid firing at anyone who identifies as UNSC under any circumstances without warning.
